Please read this agreement carefully. By completing onboarding and going live, you agree to these terms as a Livixa Member.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate identity and profile information during onboarding, and Livixa may verify it before approval.
Membership is granted only after review and approval by Livixa. You agree to behave respectfully, follow community guidelines, and never share content that is illegal, abusive, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise prohibited. Livixa may block or remove members who violate these rules.
Members earn from voice & video calls, gifts, likes, private live sessions and exclusive-content purchases. Earnings are recorded in your earning history. Rates for calls are set by you within platform limits.
You may withdraw earnings once you meet the minimum threshold. Applicable platform fees and GST are deducted and shown transparently before you confirm a withdrawal. Payouts are made to the bank details you provide.
You retain ownership of the content you create. Livixa applies screenshot protection and moderation to help protect your content, but you are responsible for what you choose to share.
Your personal and payment information is handled per our Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection and processing necessary to run the platform and process payouts.
Livixa may suspend or terminate your membership for policy violations, fraud, or misuse. Pending legitimate earnings will be settled per policy.
Livixa may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of your membership after changes means you accept the updated terms.
