1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Livixa in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, stream, send or receive gifts, or purchase VIP membership on Livixa. We may request age verification at any time.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats or exploitative content of any kind.
  • No impersonation of another person or entity.
  • No spamming, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the platform.
  • No content involving minors in any capacity.
  • Follow all applicable local laws when using live streaming, calls and chat.

5. Virtual items, gifts and payments

Coins, Gems and Diamonds are virtual items with no cash value outside the platform. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Creator earnings are calculated on gifts actually received and verified.

6. VIP membership

VIP plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Benefits are described on the VIP Membership page and may be updated with notice.

7. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Livixa a license to host, display and distribute it as part of operating the platform.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice depending on severity.

9. Limitation of liability

Livixa is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Livixa after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
